A drug addicted mother. An unknown father. A drug riddled family. A low self-esteem. With a passion for learning, a dream to be successful, and the support of a great-grandmother, Asiah was able to overcome these obstacles and achieve great things.
She comes from a diverse professional background, which includes practicing law, working as a high school presenter, teaching as an adjunct professor and at the high school level. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Juris Doctorate, her educational background has afforded her the opportunity to pursue many endeavors. However, her greatest passion lies in motivating others.
Instead of making excuses, Asiah overcame her obstacles and used them as her motivation to succeed. She created a life with options and works to encourage young people to do the same.
Asiah has delivered hundreds of empowering, educational, entertaining, energetic, and enduring messages to thousands of students in schools, organizations, clubs, agencies, and faith based institutions. Her "real" messages connect her to the hearts and minds of youth and serve as a catalyst for immediate change in their lives. As one who educates and motivates youth on a daily basis, she is on the front lines with youth and for youth. She knows what it takes and how to deliver what it takes. Her passion towards youth is UNLIMITED!!!
