As a busy mom, your physical and mental health should be a top priority! But, in reality, it probably isn’t.

While you’re busy making sure your family is well taken care of, it’s easy to put your own physical and mental health on the back burner.

As a mom, I’ve found creative ways to make time for exercise and making healthy meals.

Being intentional with your time and doing prep work will definitely help.

I wear a fitness tracker to help me count my steps as I’m going throughout the day. And, on average, I get between 15,000 and 22,000 steps daily!

I try to prep healthy meals and snacks on the weekends because my time during the week is more limited. I use my Nutri-Bullet several times a week to make green shakes.

Although it’s work on the front end, it pays off when I’m pressed for time during the week.

It’s just as important for you to eat healthy and stay active as it is for your kids.

And, even more so because you set the example!

I’ve always been active. But, after having kids, it can be difficult to get to the gym or find time to workout consistently.

When you’re running around to appointments, soccer games. play dates, and cub scout meetings, it’s easy to just hit a drive-thru for some nuggets and fries.

While it’s challenging to make time for yourself as a busy mom, it’s necessary!

You don’t have to go to the gym to exercise.

And, you can eat healthy without making a gourmet meal.

On this page, you will find articles that not only focus on health and wellness, including, but not limited to, how to make time exercise, tips on quick workouts, healthy eats, and overall wellness!
